This section explains how to order and view streaming videos. You can view our featured streaming videos by clicking here or by selecting "Streaming Video" under the "Featured" Menu button at the top of the screen.
Video Files
Steel Kittens streaming and downloadable videos are available as MP4, MPEG file format. Most systems and mobile devices will play these files automatically.
For all issues playing videos you may try downloading the latest version of your browser or try using a different browser. Sometimes that's the easiest way around an issue without having to change settings. We recommend the free Google Chrome browser, Moxilla Firefox or Internet Explorer browser.
If you have download a MP4 file and are having trouble playing it we recommend trying one of these free players:

Streaming Video quality is not as good as our Video Tapes and DVD-Rs because of the compression that is necessary to offer these online.
How do I Order a Streaming Video?
- Step 1: Make sure you have a reliable high speed internet connection. This means DSL, CABLE, T-1 or better. To prevent buffering and if you would like to keep a copy of this video on your local computer choose the "Buy this Video to DOWNLOAD" option.
- Step 2: Go to our Streaming Video Index and click on a video to view more information.
- Step 3: Click the button that says "CLICK HERE TO ORDER NOW" or the "ORDER STREAMING" button.
- Step 4: Read the terms and conditions. If you agree click the button to continue.
- Step 5: The cart page shows you the items you have selected. Review this information then click the "Check Out" button.
- Step 6: If you are already logged in you will be taken to the final Check Out Page. If not you will be asked to Login or Create a New Account. After you Login or Create a New Account you will go back to the Check Out page.
- Step 7: Enter your credit card information and then click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page. Wait for your order to be processed. Once you receive confirmation that your order was successful you are then ready to view the streaming video! Remember, streaming videos must be viewed within 48 hours of purchase.
How do I View a Streaming Video?
- Step 1: After completing your order go back to the Streaming Video Index and click on the Video you purchased. Note: If you have left the site and come back later you will need to login first! At the top of the page you will see your Login status for the Selected Streaming Video. (Use the drop-down menu if you need to change the selected video.)
- Step 2: If you are logged in and have purchased the selected video then you will see a link that says "CLICK HERE TO WATCH THIS STREAMING VIDEO". Clicking on this link will take you directly to the streaming video and it will start playing automatically.
Problems Viewing Streaming Videos:

Solution 1: Download the latest version of your browser
We recommend: Google Chrome or Internet Explorer
- Internet Explorer is showing a Red X instead of video:
Solution: Reset the IE defaults:
- 1.Click on “Tools” and then Internet Options then click on the Advanced tab.
- 2.Locate the Reset Internet Explorer Settings heading and then click the “Reset..” button.
- 3.Navigate to a site with video links and try clicking one of the links.
- 4.You should see a pop up at the bottom regarding the video plugin. Click Allow.
- Internet Explorer is not playing videos even with the latest version:
On some systems Internet Explorer may not work for you in spite of doing updates, especially if you are on an older operating system like XP. If you are having this issue please try a quick free download of the Google Chrome browser and try viewing streaming videos and clips using this browser instead.
- Trouble Downloading / Saving to computer:
If you ordered a Streaming for Download and your browser is playing the video instead of downloading try this:
In the Google Chrome browser address bar: Type "about:plugins" (without quotes) into the address bar then disable Windows Media Player, then left click to download.
What is a HIGH-SPEED Internet Connection?
A high-speed Internet Connection is DSL, Cable Internet, High-Speed Wireless Internet, T-1, T-3 or other type of internet connection that delivers web pages faster than a dial-up modem connection.
